Employers can publish transparent opportunities. They cannot browse member Boards, buy member data, or initiate member DMs.

Permissions, blocking, reporting, and an audit trail ship with a feature — not in a later release that fixes it.

How access works

Open to join. Private once inside.

Sign in, create a dental profile, and review the member boundaries. Eligible verified dental-school identities can open the network immediately; identities that cannot be matched safely move to a human account review. Inside are Boards, People, private Messages, the structured Career CV, reviewed Opportunities, Events and the First Fill Show, and the school map. A separately verified organization workspace supports reviewed roles, member-initiated applications, revocable CV grants, access logs, and application-only hiring conversations. Every profile shown on this public site is fictional.

  • Not part of the product: audio and video calling. Conversations on FirstFill are written—Boards and private messages—and nothing on the platform promises a call.
  • Not claimed: FirstFill does not independently verify dental credentials. Identity eligibility opens an account; it is not a licence, enrollment, or alumni verification badge.
  • Intentionally absent: file sharing, payments, member-data sales, and unsolicited employer messages.
