Visibility is earned.
Member access is not sold.
Authorized practices and dental organizations can request verification, draft transparent roles, and receive member-controlled applications. Verification and every published role require FirstFill owner review.

Policy language and server permissions say the same thing: organization identity, publication, applicant access, revocation, and suspension are enforced by the product, not by promise.
- 01
Verified organization
A workspace is manually approved for a real practice or dental organization and an authorized exact-email contact. Verification can expire or be suspended.
Required - 02
Isolated organization access
Organization contacts cannot enter member Boards, browse the member directory, or initiate social direct messages. An organization account never consumes or bypasses a member seat.
Required - 03
Transparent opportunity fields
Compensation, schedule, setting, mentorship, restrictive terms, career stage, location, and closing date are complete before an owner-reviewed content version publishes.
Required - 04
Explicit CV permission
Browsing and saving reveal nothing. A CV appears only after a member confirms the exact version for an application or deliberately grants that organization access. Every full view is logged.
Required - 05
No member-data resale or bulk export
Access is purpose-limited to a specific professional workflow—not building an external recruiting database. Revoked or expired shares must no longer be opened through FirstFill.
Required - 06
No money or credential requests
Never send or request money, gift cards, bank details, SSN/SIN, passwords, login codes, or identity/licence documents through FirstFill. Verify unusual requests independently and use Report. Lawful post-offer checks belong in the organization’s approved secure HR process.
Required - 07
Respectful, reviewable decisions
Application status changes are visible to the member. FirstFill may pause a role, suspend an organization, and revoke active grants while a concern is reviewed.
