Community standards

A useful network is a behavior, not a badge.

These rules govern every FirstFill account. They are enforced in the product — blocking, structured safety review, and an immutable audit trail — not by a policy page alone.

  1. 01

    Identity means accountable

Every FirstFill account is tied to the signed-in account identity used to join. Display choices may vary, but safety review retains the underlying account identity; FirstFill does not independently verify dental credentials.

  2. 02

    Ask with context

Say where you are, what you have tried, and what kind of answer would help. Useful questions create useful threads.

  3. 03

    Protect the conversation

Do not screenshot, repost, identify, or forward another member’s story without explicit permission.

  4. 04

    No patient information

Never share protected health information, identifying clinical details, or material you are not authorized to disclose.

  5. 05

    No recruiting through member surfaces

Jobs belong in Opportunities. Organization contacts do not enter member Boards, browse People, or initiate social conversations.

  6. 06

    Disagree without diminishing

Challenge the advice, not the person. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, and dogpiling are out.

What backs these rules

Blocking, structured reporting, authorized safety review, redacted audit events, a machine-readable data export, correction and deletion requests, and documented retention controls operate alongside these standards. Use Report on the affected content so reviewers receive the right record and context.
